John C. Hunter has handled employment matters for all of his more than 20 years in practice. He has appeared for clients, both management and employees, in the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of North Carolina, as well as the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and Superior Courts of North Carolina.
He frequently represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the North Carolina Department of Labor and the North Carolina Employment Security Commission. He has handled state employment matters in the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings since that Office's founding in 1985.
